0.5 oz Ice 101 peppermint schnapps
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. (And yes, Cool as Ice was involved in the creation of this beverage.)

Smirnoff vanilla also goes well with pineapple juice. Tastes like a (long defunct) pineapple Julius. Mmmmmmm.
